How do I charge with the app?
Find the station on the map, or scan the QR code on the charger. Choose a connector and pay with a saved card, or as a guest with a bank card. Plug in when the app asks. Charging starts by itself. To stop, tap Stop in the app.
How do I charge with an RFID card?
First top up your wallet in the app. Tap your card on the charger's reader, then plug in. To stop, tap the same card again. The cost is taken from your wallet.
Can I pay with a bank card at the charger?
Yes, if the charger has a card terminal. Plug in first, then tap your contactless card. You do not need the app or an account. To stop, end charging from your car (or unlock it), then unplug.
Why is money reserved on my card?
Before charging starts, an amount is reserved on your card. When charging ends, you pay only for what you used, and the rest is released straight away. If charging never starts, the whole amount is released. Your bank may take a few days to show this.
What does charging cost?
You pay the station's price per kWh for the energy you use, plus its session fee if it has one. The app shows the prices before you start. If almost no energy is delivered (under 0.01 kWh), there is no session fee. GreenCredits are free kWh, and they are used first.
Can a session stop by itself?
Yes. A session stops automatically when its cost reaches 90% of the money available (the amount reserved on your card, or your wallet balance for an RFID card), or after 24 hours.
Where are my receipts?
With an account, every invoice is in Settings → Invoices, and we also email it to you. As a guest, you can email yourself a receipt when charging ends.
How do I get an RFID card?
Go to Settings → RFID Cards and request a card there. We will call you to arrange delivery.
