DRAFT — NOT YET APPROVED. This is placeholder structure only. It has not been reviewed by a qualified legal adviser and must not be published as-is. Replace the content of this file with the approved text.

These terms govern your use of the GreenCharge charging network operated by M.K. CYCHARGING LTD. By creating an account or starting a charging session you agree to them.

1. The service

[Placeholder — to be completed. Describe the charging service, the app, RFID cards, and that availability of any individual charger is not guaranteed.]

2. Your account

[Placeholder — to be completed. Eligibility, accurate information, keeping credentials and RFID cards secure, responsibility for use of your account.]

3. Charging sessions and pricing

[Placeholder — to be completed. Prices shown in the app include VAT. Cover the energy rate, any session fee, how the amount is calculated, and that a pre-authorisation hold is placed on the payment card before charging and released after the session.]

4. Payment

[Placeholder — to be completed. Payment methods, when payment is taken, invoices and receipts, failed payments.]

5. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you normally have fourteen days to withdraw from a distance contract. Because charging begins immediately at your request, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the session has completed.

[Placeholder — to be completed and reviewed against Cyprus consumer law.]

6. Acceptable use

Your use of the network is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Liability

[Placeholder — to be completed. Must not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including death or personal injury caused by negligence.]

8. Suspension and termination

[Placeholder — to be completed. When we may suspend an account or card, and how you may close your account.]

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will ask you to accept the new version in the app before continuing to use the service. The version and effective date you are reading are shown at the top of this page, and previous versions are archived.

10. Governing law

[Placeholder — to be completed. Expected to be the law of the Republic of Cyprus.]

11. How we handle your data

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. That notice is information about our processing — it is not a contract term.
