This notice explains what personal data M.K. CYCHARGING LTD collects when you use the GreenCharge charging network, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have.

1. Who we are

The data controller is M.K. CYCHARGING LTD, Limassol, Cyprus. For any question about this notice or your data, contact us using the address at the foot of this page.

2. What we collect

[Placeholder — to be completed. Should cover: account details (name, email, phone, address), RFID cards, charging session records, payment tokens, device and location data, support correspondence.]

3. Why we use it, and our legal basis

[Placeholder — to be completed. Each purpose needs a lawful basis under Art. 6: performance of the charging contract, legal obligations such as tax record-keeping, our legitimate interests such as fault diagnosis and fraud prevention, and consent for push notifications.]

4. What we store on your device

We do not use cookies. We store a small amount of information in your browser's local storage so the service works: a sign-in token, your charging session state, and your display preferences such as light or dark mode. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking storage.

[Placeholder — to be completed. Third-party content, including maps, may be loaded from external providers; describe what those providers receive.]

5. Who we share it with

[Placeholder — to be completed. Should name each processor and what it receives: the payment provider, the mapping provider, the email provider, and the hosting provider.]

6. How long we keep it

[Placeholder — to be completed from the retention schedule. Financial records are kept for the statutory period; operational logs for a much shorter period.]

7. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, correct it, have it erased, restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive a copy in a portable format. You can also withdraw consent at any time where we rely on it, and complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.

[Placeholder — to be completed. Note that invoices and their underlying session records are retained for the statutory tax period even after an erasure request, and that the account is anonymised in that case.]

8. Changes to this notice

If we make a material change we will tell you in the app. The version and effective date of the notice you are reading are shown at the top of this page, and previous versions are archived.
